Originally built in 1906, Reno’s iconic Levy Mansion—most recently home to Sundance Books—underwent a careful, historically sensitive floor restoration. This refinish project brought new life to the worn antique hardwoods throughout the upstairs gallery and rooms. Using fine sanding and neutral preservation techniques, the floors were refreshed without erasing the aged patina that gives the space its character. From sunlit bay windows to grand stair landings, every inch was restored to match the elegance and craftsmanship of the building’s early 20th-century roots.
