I would use Northern Nevada Hardwood Floors again in a heartbeat! They were very accommodating and I was even able to move my appointment up after a cancelation and they worked with me on splitting up the payment with the adjustment of the timeline.
I only did refinishing as the hardwood was already installed under the carpet. Even with years of pets and stains in the floors, you can’t even tell there were any marks from before. The quality of work is superb, I get compliments every time someone walks through the door. There were even damages from an old stair chair screwed into the hardwood and it is barely visible that there were holes in the floor before.
Also- there were some spots of filler that spilled onto my porch that I reached out to them about. They had someone come out to clean it up right away. It is water soluble, so they could have had me try to wash it off but they still sent someone out to help clean it up.
They are truly an amazing company.
